How do I order a Download?

 "This is a VISUAL EXAMPLE"

1. When you find the animation you wish to download, simple click on, "Download Single Animation $00.00". 

2. Now simply click on, [Add to Cart]

3. Then fill in the billing address zip code in the following box:

   Zip/Postal Code must be entered - This is for Credit Card BILLING information

4.  Click on for additional animations, or click to processed to payment instructions.

How do I open a zipped file that I have downloaded?

First, you will need the software to un-compress the file you received. Which software you use will depend on your operating system. Here are two popular choices that can be downloaded from the Net.

Windows: http://www.winzip.com/
Mac: http://www.maczipit.com/

 After the zip program has been installed onto your hard drive, go back to your zip file that you downloaded and click on it.  The new zip program will open it and you then should tell it where to saved to.

How can I convert RAB-BYTE QuickTime to an AVI file using Apple's QuickTime Pro Software?

Open your QuickTime Pro Movie Player program.  Click on File, then Open Movie.  Find the directory where the animation is located. Then click on Export, then export Movie to AVI, then click on Options and set Video Settings to None for your best quality, Depth should be Millions of Colors and Quality should be Best. Frames per second is 29.97 then click OK.  Then go to Sound and click on settings, then Compressor and select None. Then select OK, and OK once again, and lastly hit SAVE.

When converting from QuickTime to any editable format, please remember not to recompress the animation file again.  You will receive artifacts and loose quality.  Set your converting program to None under the Compression option.
