Animation is placed on 1st timeline & the 2nd timeline you place your video.  Assign your video the Picture in Picture effect with a soft edge and slight transparency level to the overlay video.  Finally, slide the video to desired spot over top of animation.	A very slow dissolve.
Video on 1st timeline, assign Picture in Picture effect.  Animation on 2nd timeline with a Luma Key effect.  Go back to 1st timeline and slide the pic in pic video under the transparence hole in animations.	Picture in Picture with soft edge.
