& the 2nd timeline you place your
video. Assign your video the
Picture in Picture effect with a
soft edge or hard edge with
color border and slight transparency
level to the overlay video. Finally, slide
the video to desired spot over top of animation.
Video on 1st timeline, assign
Picture in Picture effect. Animation
on 2nd timeline with a Luma
Key effect. Go back to 1st
timeline and slide the pic
in pic video under the transparence
hole in animations.
